These general terms and conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company LesSouliers.Com, whose registered office is located at 38 rue de Trévise, 75009 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 50237868000016. The company LesSouliers.Com, sole holder of the operating rights for the name and websites Mon Soulier, hereinafter referred to as “LesSouliers.Com,” and on the other hand, by any natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any commercial activity, wishing to make a purchase via the website “MonSoulier.fr,” hereinafter referred to as “the buyer.”
“Les-Souliers.Com” and “Lessouliers.com” refer to the same entity.
1 - PURPOSE
These terms aim to define the contractual relationship between MonSoulier.fr and the buyer and the applicable conditions to any purchase made through the website MonSoulier.fr.
Purchasing an item from this website implies the buyer's unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
These terms override any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by LesSouliers.Com.
2 - PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The products offered are those listed in the catalog published by MonSoulier.fr.
These products are available while stocks last.
Each product includes a description prepared by us.
The product photos are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match, particularly regarding colors.
3 - PRICING
Prices shown in the catalog are in euros and include all taxes (VAT applicable on the day of the order). Any VAT changes may be reflected in the product prices.
LesSouliers.Com reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the applicable price will be the one listed on the day of the order.
Prices do not include order processing, shipping, or delivery fees.

5 - ORDERS
To place an order, the buyer must:

Order confirmation implies full acceptance of these terms, acknowledgment of full understanding, and waiver of any other conditions.
The recorded confirmation and data provided shall constitute proof of the transaction.
The seller will send an order confirmation via email.
6 - PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is required at the time of ordering.

7 - DELIVERY
Deliveries are made by post via Colissimo tracked shipping, ChronoPost, or courier service (within Paris).
You can track your parcel at www.colissimo.fr.
Deliveries are made to the address provided in the order form, within the approved delivery zones.
Risk transfers to the buyer once the goods leave LesSouliers.Com's premises. In case of transport damage, the buyer must file a formal complaint with the carrier within three days of delivery.
Delivery times are provided as an estimate. If delivery exceeds 30 days from the order date, the contract may be canceled and the buyer refunded.
8 - WITHDRAWAL
Buyers (non-professional individuals) have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of delivery to return products for exchange or refund, excluding return shipping costs.
Returns must meet the following conditions:

Products must be unworn and returned in their original packaging

A return request must be made via the “Contact” page to obtain a return number, which must be included in the package

All returns must be sent using a tracked postal method (Colissimo, registered parcel, or ChronoPost). In case of dispute, LesSouliers.Com will require proof of shipment. No refund will be processed without this proof. The item travels at the buyer's risk.
9 - LIABILITY
The seller is only bound by a best-efforts obligation in the online sales process.
They cannot be held liable for damages resulting from internet use (e.g., data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other unintentional issues).
10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the MonSoulier website are and remain the intellectual property of MonSoulier.
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use any part of the website (software, visuals, or audio), even partially, without prior written permission from LesSouliers.Com.
Any link (simple or hypertext) is strictly forbidden without prior written consent.
11 - PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, any personal data may be processed automatically.
LesSouliers.Com reserves the right to collect information about buyers, including using cookies, and may share collected data with commercial partners.
Buyers may object to their data being shared by notifying LesSouliers.Com.
Users also have the right to access and correct their data as stipulated by the 1978 law.
Automated processing of user data, including email addresses, has been declared to the CNIL under number 1306778.
12 - WARRANTY
All products offered on LesSouliers.Com are covered by the legal warranty provided by Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.
Products can be exchanged or refunded within seven days from receipt, in accordance with Article 6.
All requests must go through the return procedure via the contact form.
13 - RECORDKEEPING – PROOF
LesSouliers.Com will archive order forms and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a true copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the French Civil Code.
The computerized records of LesSouliers.Com shall be considered proof of communications, orders, and payments between the parties.
14 - DISPUTES
These terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of Paris.
