Refund policy

Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Orders are shipped within the day of your order. The maximum shipping time is 2 business days.

For Paris (intra-muros), delivery is made on the same day via courier. Please provide as much information as possible to facilitate delivery.

For France, the shipping method is Colissimo, and we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the shipment.

For Europe and worldwide shipments, we prefer Colissimo. For other international destinations, shipping rates may vary.

Shipping Rates:

  • France & Belgium: Free

  • Europe: €10

  • USA: €40

  • Rest of the world: €30 to €50 depending on the destination

Returns:

In accordance with online commerce regulations, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item that doesn't meet your expectations. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

You can request an exchange or a refund.

Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned item using the same payment method as your original purchase.
